If your order has not left production to be shipped, we are happy to update your address for you. Please send the correct address via email to SlimeNatureOfficial@gmail.com with the text in the subject line area including your name as it was entered on the order, the order number and type “correction of address”.

Shipping labels are generated from the information you enter on the site. If information was typed incorrectly (i.e., name, zip-code, missing suite/apt/office number, etc..) that results in your package being returned to us, you will be charged the shipping fee per package for the items to be reshipped.

We do not accept returns or allow exchanges for sanitation & safety purposes for all of our friends.

Friends, unfortunately we aren’t responsible for damages caused during the shipment transporting process, but we will certainly work with you to help come to a resolve as best we can.

If the item was damaged during shipment, email us at SlimeNatureOfficial@gmail.com and enter the following text in the subject line, your name as entered on the order, the order number, and in the body of the email attach clear images of the damaged product along with the packaging.

If you feel that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier service and file a missing package claim. Once package shows “delivered” it’s out of our hands, and the courier customer service can better assist you. In some instances, parcels are miss scanned as delivered, and if this is the case then the courier will be happy to correct by arranging the proper delivery.
